Legal — annexe to the Terms
Model Licence Annexe
Every Model we serve carries a third-party licence. This annexe records which licence applies to which Model, and what that licence requires of you.

What this annexe says
Plain-English summaries, provided as a reading aid only. They are not part of the agreement — the numbered clauses below are the binding text.
Each Model licence and its prohibited-use policy is a term of your contract with us.
Where a licence requires a notice or a credit, you reproduce it when you pass anything on.
Ask us before you rely on a Model whose licence our catalogue does not record.
These licence conditions are contract terms, not a reading list.

| Row label | What it does | Licence recorded | Licence text |
|---|---|---|---|
| Qwen-3.5qwen3.5 | Chat completions (image and text input) | Not recorded in our catalogue | Ask us — see clause 4 |
| GLM-4.5-Airglm-4-5-air-awq | Chat completions | MIT | Read MIT |

One Model in the catalogue has no licence recorded against it. Clause 4says what to do about that. We do not guess a licence from a model's name or family.
What each licence requires of you
| Row label | What it requires of you |
|---|---|
| Apache-2.0 | Commercial use is permitted. If you pass the model on, include the licence, keep the copyright, patent, trade-mark and attribution notices, and reproduce any NOTICE file. The licence grants no trade-mark rights, so use the model's name descriptively only. It places no restriction on the outputs. |
| MIT | Commercial use is permitted. Keep the copyright notice and the permission notice with any copy of the model you pass on. The licence places no restriction on what you do with the outputs. |
In short — not binding
This page is part of the Terms, and the table above is generated from the live catalogue.
Binding text
This annexe forms part of the Terms of Service. Words defined there have the same meaning here.
The table above is generated from the live Model catalogue at the moment this page is served. It lists every Model we currently serve to customers, the licence recorded against that Model in the catalogue, and a link to the text of that licence where we publish one.
Where this annexe conflicts with the main body of the Terms on the subject of a Model's licence, this annexe prevails. Where a Model licence itself conflicts with this annexe, the licence prevails and you must comply with it.
In short — not binding
Every restriction in a Model licence is a term of your contract with us, and we can enforce it.
Binding text
Your use of a Model, and of the Outputs it generates, is governed by the licence recorded for that Model and by any acceptable-use or prohibited-use policy that forms part of that licence.
You agree to those terms as terms of your agreement with us. The use restrictions, field-of-use limits, naming conditions, attribution conditions and prohibited-use policies in a Model licence are incorporated into the Terms of Service and are enforceable by us against you as provisions of that agreement.
Where a Model's provider requires the person serving the Model to give notice of its use restrictions to downstream users, to supply them with a copy of the licence, or to make those restrictions an enforceable provision of the agreement governing use, this annexe and clause 8 of the Terms of Service are how we do that.
Breaching a Model licence or its prohibited-use policy is a breach of the Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate your access, and we may stop serving you a particular Model, on that basis.
In short — not binding
Where a licence requires a credit, a notice file or a naming rule, you reproduce it when you pass anything on.
Binding text
Where the licence for a Model requires an attribution string, a copyright notice, a licence copy, a notice file or a naming condition to travel with the Model, its Outputs, or anything derived from them, you must reproduce it whenever you pass any of those on to another person.
The obligations table above states, for each licence in use, what that licence requires. Where the licence text and this summary differ, the licence text governs — read it.
We do not grant, and cannot grant, any trade-mark licence in a Model's name or its provider's brand. Use a Model's name descriptively, to identify the Model you used, and not as a mark of your own.
In short — not binding
If our catalogue records no licence for a Model, ask us before you rely on it. We will not guess one.
Binding text
The table above shows "Not recorded in our catalogue" where the catalogue holds no licence for a Model. That means we have not recorded one — not that no licence applies. Every open-weight model carries a licence.
We do not infer a licence from a Model's name, family or publisher, and neither should you. Before you rely on such a Model, ask us at [email protected] and we will tell you which licence governs it and where to read it.
In short — not binding
The catalogue changes. The licence that applies is the one recorded when you make the request.
Binding text
We add, change and withdraw Models. The licence that governs your use of a Model is the licence recorded for it at the time you send the request, and this page is generated fresh on each visit so it reflects the catalogue as it then stands.
We may stop serving a Model at any time, including where its licence changes, where its licence does not permit the use we make of it, or where its provider requires us to stop. No Model is guaranteed to remain available.
A change to this annexe that follows a change to the catalogue is not a change to the Terms of Service and does not require the notice described in clause 23 of those Terms.
In short — not binding
You get access to inference, not to the weights, and you must not try to extract them.
Binding text
We give you access to inference over a Model. We grant you no right in a Model's weights or parameters, and nothing in this annexe or the Terms of Service transfers one.
You must not attempt to extract, reconstruct, distil or copy a Model's weights through the Service, and you must not use Outputs to do so where the Model's licence prohibits it.
You must read the licence that applies to a Model and satisfy yourself that it permits the use you intend. Clause 20 of the Terms of Service (warranty disclaimer) applies to this annexe: we do not warrant that a Model licence permits any particular use you have in mind.
