How do I submit a request?

One form, no sign-in. Give the email on your account; that is the identifier we search on.

Identifier to supply
The email address on your Open LLMs account. That is the only identifier we need, and the only one we can search on.
How to make a request
The form on this page. It is the route of record and it does not require you to be signed in.
How to nominate
Use the same form. Pick the closest category, then name your nominee and their contact details in the Details field. Our request queue has no separate nomination category yet, so we record it from that text.
Acknowledgement
Within 24 hours of receipt.
Resolution
Within 15 days of receipt. The DPDP Rules set an outer limit of 90 days; we commit to the shorter period.
Grievance Officer
[email protected]Mail to openllms.co is not being delivered today. Use the form. Contact details in full.
Complaining to the Board
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India in the manner prescribed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it. You must raise the matter with our Grievance Officer first. We do not operate the Board's complaint channel and cannot file a complaint on your behalf.

We use this email to locate your account and to contact you about this request. Enter the address associated with the account your request relates to.

What happens after I submit?

  1. You submit the form

The request is written to our privacy queue with the email you gave and the category you picked. Nothing is emailed to you automatically.

  2. Acknowledged within 24 hours

The Grievance Officer confirms receipt. If we need more from you to find the account, we ask at this point.

  3. We verify it is your account

We check the request against the account that owns the email. We may ask for a detail only the account holder knows.

  4. An operator carries it out by hand

Erasure, correction and nomination are performed manually against our systems. There is no self-service button behind this form.

  5. Closed within 15 days

We tell you what we did. If we refuse any part of the request, we tell you which part and why.

Warning:

Erasure is carried out by hand

Open LLMs has no automated account-deletion path. Erasure, correction and nomination are performed by an operator against our systems after we verify the account is yours. Payment, wallet and audit records that a law obliges us to keep are retained even after an account is erased. What we collect and how long we keep it.

What do people ask about data requests?

Can I delete my Open LLMs account myself?

No. Open LLMs has no self-service account deletion, in the dashboard or anywhere else. Deletion is a manual process: you submit this form, we verify the account is yours, and an operator carries out the erasure. Records we are required to keep, such as payment and wallet history, survive the deletion of the account.

What does an access request actually return?

A summary of the personal data held against your account, a summary of what we do with it, and the processors it has been shared with. It is compiled by hand and sent to the account email, not generated as a download.

How do I withdraw consent to prompt storage?

Prompt and response storage is off by default and only ever on if you switched it on. Turning the setting off in your dashboard deletes every snapshot already stored for your account, immediately. Withdrawing it through this form has the same effect and is here so that withdrawal is never harder than the switch that granted it.

What happens to my data if I withdraw consent?

We stop the processing that relied on that consent, within a reasonable time. Where the consent was necessary for part of the service, that part stops working for you. Data we must keep for a legal or accounting obligation is retained for as long as that obligation lasts.

Which law are these rights under?

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Its substantive obligations, including the rights in sections 11 to 14, commence in May 2027 under the phased schedule in the DPDP Rules, 2025. We offer these rights as our policy now rather than waiting. What binds us today is section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011, whose rule 5(9) requires a named Grievance Officer and disposal within one month.

Do I need an account to use this form?

No. The form is open to anyone and needs no sign-in. If the email you enter has no Open LLMs account we can only tell you that, since there is nothing else held against it.

Do you just want less email?

Promotional email has its own route and does not need a privacy request.

  • Email preferences

How promotional and transactional email differ, and how to stop the promotional kind.

  • Every other route

Support, billing, security disclosure and the Grievance Officer's published details.
